The Spaza shop, general dealer or grocery store owners should meet the following requirements to list their property to be rented by the programme
- Proof of property ownership.
- Details on property conditions - with basic shelves and counter.
- A valid trading licence/permit to trade, or business licence. Owners must hold a licence to trade or a municipal permit – if they do not have one, they must obtain one before they can access support
- Location and alignment with the programme's goals.
